insite a succesful relaunch

Mark Cessford of Window World Nelson approached us in desperate need of help. Window World’s product range and delivery had always been of a superior standard, but the branding and back-alley premises evoked a budget proposition.

Having decided to relocate to much more suitable, purpose-built premises, it was a good time to get the branding right too. We helped create that look by creating a new brand name – insite - and brandmark, applying it to corporate stationery and vehicle and building signage. We redesigned and rewrote the website to maintain consistency with the new branding.

The decision to change was a difficult one, as Window World was known for its quality work, so it was paramount that we carried out each step in the project with integrity, keeping the company’s brand values in mind. We took time (14 months in all) to ensure that each step was implemented well. This was a project that demanded a substantial investment in both time and money and needed to be taken on wholeheartedly.

The results have been outstanding. Since the relaunch in July 2005, (and initial head scratching) insite has received fantastic feedback from customers and suppliers alike.
